Dr. Tamara Nichols-Austin is a native of Windsor, North Carolina. Prior to studying to become a chiropractor, she attended Winston-Salem State University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Tamara attended Sherman College of Chiropractic where she received her Chiropractic Doctoral degree in 2008.

Dr. Tamara practiced in South Florida for four years until relocating to the Washington-metropolitan area to practice. Dr. Tamara’s chiropractic treatment includes the following chiropractic techniques:

  • Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT)
  • Thompson Drop
  • Toggle

Dr. Tamara resides in Bowie, Maryland with her husband and their young daughter. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
