The management team at AmeriWell is a dedicated and skilled group of professionals who are committed to supporting the growth and success of the company. From patient care to marketing, they work tirelessly to ensure that all patients receive the highest quality of care and service.
Jonathan Chavez is the Business Director at AmeriWell Clinics. He was born and raised in Maryland. Upon graduating from Springbrook High School he went on to enlist into the United States Marine Corps. Shortly after completing basic & combat training he was deployed to Iraq in 2006 and again in 2008 where he spent 14 months on a special security detachment.
Dr. Matthew Tilkin, DC, DACO
Regional Clinic Director
Dr. Matthew Tilkin grew up in Bethesda, MD and attended Gettysburg College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Tilkin took a special interest in Anatomy and Neurobiology which led him to pursue a Doctoral degree from New York Chiropractic College.
Jayro Hernandez is a dedicated and hard-working member of the Ameriwell team. He joined the organization in 2016, starting out as a Patient Service Coordinator. In this role, he was responsible for ensuring that patients received the highest level of care and support during their time at the clinic.
Karla joined the AmeriWell Clinics team in the fall of 2017, bringing with her a wealth of experience in sales, customer service, and the educational field. She quickly proved to be an asset to the team as a marketing liaison, and was promoted to Marketing Director in 2018.

Diana Aragon is a valued member of the Ameriwell team, having joined the company in 2014. Over the years, she has taken on a number of roles to support the growth and success of the business.

Starting as a Patient Care Specialist at the Riverdale office, Cynthia quickly rose through the ranks, eventually taking on the role of Patient Care Manager for all 12 clinics in the AmeriWell portfolio. In this role, she is responsible for managing patient care and ensuring that all patients receive the highest quality of service..
Patient Access Manager
Connie Hernandez has been a dedicated member of the Ameriwell team since 2012, taking on a variety of roles to help the company grow and succeed. She began her career as a Chiropractic Assistant, working alongside Dr. Ali Ramezan and providing support and assistance to patients.
